MGID is a global product AdTech company. We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering to lead and develop the FP&BP function within our Finance department.
This role combines strategic FP&A and Finance Business Partnering. You will help build planning and forecasting processes, strengthen KPI and performance management, and turn financial and operational data into clear business insights.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, senior leadership, Finance, and BI teams to support better decision-making, improve financial visibility, and contribute to growth, efficiency, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop financial planning and business partnering processes.
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L planning.
* Consolidate revenue and operational cost forecasts.
* Build and improve KPI frameworks, financial models, dashboards, and reporting.
* Partner with BI teams to improve data models and reporting.
* Lead profitability, ROI, and unit economics analysis.
* Build business cases and financial scenarios for new initiatives.
* Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
* Constructively challenge assumptions, forecasts, and business plans.
* Lead and develop the FP&BP team.
Who You Are
* You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* You have 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics, or business/strategy analysis.
* You have proven experience in FP&A and Finance Business Partnering.
* You have experience leading finance processes, cross-functional initiatives, or small teams.
* You have experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial modeling.
* You are strong in financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modeling.
* You have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* You can explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
* You have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, practical approach.
* You have confident professional English proficiency and are comfortable discussing financial and business topics with international stakeholders.
Will Be a Plus
* Professional certification: ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or similar.
* Experience working at a Big4 company.
