Requirements
Experience in support or technical support (experience in gaming/iGaming is a strong plus) Basic understanding of technical concepts such as IP, VPN, configurations, deposits, and betting mechanics Good understanding of workflows and processes, with a willingness to improve them Strong communication and coordination skills Proactive, engaged, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment Ability to quickly understand team dynamics and build strong working relationships English level: Intermediate (B1—B2) for written communication Russian or Ukraine language is a must
Responsibilities
Monitor and track incoming support requests and related development tasks Follow up on task progress, ownership, and deployment status Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task execution Provide regular updates to the support team on task statuses Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives Support and improve internal workflows and processes Track integration processes and ensure timely progress, escalating delays when needed Act as a coordination point between support, development, and other teams

Previous experience transitioning from support into coordination or PM roles, and experience working with metrics, task tracking, and process optimization
