Organo Republic is a fast-growing gardening products company focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for home gardeners and professionals. We manage a diverse product portfolio across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and our own Shopify store.
We are building a strong, recognizable brand in the gardening and home-growing space and are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead our messaging and conversion-focused copy across all major channels. Key ResponsibilitiesAds & Email Marketing * Develop ad concepts, hooks, and video scripts (problem → solution → CTA) * Write persuasive promotional copy for ads, emails, and campaigns * Create messaging angles for product launches and seasonal promotions * Transform customer reviews, competitor insights, and performance data into creative ideas * Brief designers, video editors, and UGC creators with clear creative direction
Listings & Website (Messaging Layer Only) * Write and refine product titles, bullet points, and descriptions from a conversion psychology perspective * Improve storytelling, clarity, and structure on listings * Align listing messaging with ads, emails, and promotional campaigns * Suggest and structure A+ / enhanced content narratives (sections, headlines, flow)
Required Qualifications * Proven experience creating high-converting copy and messaging for marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or similar) * Strong understanding of conversion psychology and direct-response marketing * Experience working with performance marketing teams * Ability to analyze reviews, competitors, and data to generate insights * Excellent written English with strong storytelling skills * Experience briefing creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or gardening/home improvement niches * Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content and marketplace merchandising * Background in CRO, brand messaging, or growth marketing * Experience working in fast-scaling DTC or omnichannel brands
