Responsibilities: * Design PvP maps and combat spaces that provide balanced, engaging, and competitive multiplayer gameplay experiences. * Collaborate closely with Combat Design, Weapon Design, Character Design, Gameplay, Art, and QA teams to ensure maps properly support combat mechanics, abilities, movement, and overall PvP balance. * Organize and participate in playtests, analyze player behavior and feedback, and iterate on layouts, routes, pacing, and combat flow. * Track level production progress, support task planning, and help identify gameplay or production risks during development. * Work closely with gameplay programmers and technical teams to ensure PvP levels meet technical requirements, performance targets, and gameplay needs.
Requirements: * 3–5+ years of experience in Game Design with a focus on FPS Level Design. * Experience working on at least one AAA title. * Strong portfolio with polished PvP levels and understanding of multiplayer gameplay flow and pacing. * Strong knowledge of PvP design principles, combat balance, routes, sightlines, and player behavior. * Experience with grayboxing and level creation using game engines. * Ability to collaborate closely with Gameplay, Combat, Weapon, Character Design, and QA teams. * Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. * Ability to work within deadlines, manage priorities, and iterate based on testing and feedback. * At least В1 English level.
