Responsibilities * Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring across multiple functions and levels * Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality) * Partner closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning * Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and performance goals * Mentor, coach, and support recruiters across different specializations * Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles within the company * Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights * Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry
Requirements * 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions * 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment * Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains * Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset * Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills * Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills * Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions * Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability * Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
