About the role We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our clients get the most value from our products and build long-term relationships with them. We are looking for people who will: * Will increase the loyalty of our customers * Will advise clients and conduct onboarding * Will represent the interests of clients in the company * Help our customers get value from using our products * Will prepare educational materials and develop internal and external knowledge bases * Interact with sales managers * Have 1–3 years of relevant work experience
You are suitable if you: * Know and understand the principles of customer relations * Clearly understand the tasks at hand * You are able to listen and hear the needs of clients/partners * You are active, sociable, and know in practice what time management is * Confidently speak and write in English
➕ An additional plus can be: * Successful experience in customer support * Knowledge and understanding of streaming and esports markets * a well-developed sense of empathy and research skills * If you know and use AI products * If you can speak other languages * Lack of fear of doing new things
