About the Project: We are building a cloud-based analytics platform for healthcare simulation centers. The product transforms simulation data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports that help improve training quality and support international accreditation (SSH). It also leverages AI to enable natural language queries and generate automated insights, making data more accessible and actionable. Why This Role is Unique: * AI-Native Architecture: This is not just about building reports — you’ll work at the intersection of data and AI, using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect structured data with Large Language Models and shape how AI-driven insights are delivered. * Real Impact in Healthcare: Your work will directly support simulation centers in achieving SSH accreditation, contributing to better medical training and improved patient safety on a global scale. * Greenfield Product Ownership: You’ll join at an early stage of product development (MBVP), with the opportunity to design and build the analytical foundation from scratch and influence the long-term direction of the platform. * Data-Centric Culture: In this project, data is the core product. You’ll play a key role in defining business metrics, structuring data models, and determining how insights are delivered to end users.
Tech requirements: * 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering with a focus on analytical modeling. * Expert-level SQL skills with extensive experience in PostgreSQL and complex window functions. * Deep expertise in Dimensional Modeling, specifically designing and maintaining Star Schemas (Fact and Dimension tables) for high-performance analytics. * Experience with Data Ingestion/ETL logic, specifically working with structured batch processing and data validation pipelines. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to define precise mathematical formulas from ambiguous business requirements (e.g., calculating “Learner Contact Hours”). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical models with business-critical goals like accreditation. * Familiarity with Data Privacy principles, including pseudonymization, PII separation, and GDPR-compliant data handling. * English — Upper-Intermediate (B2), Ukrainian — fluent.
Nice to Have: * Experience with AI/LLM data grounding, specifically preparing structured data for consumption by AI agents (e.g., Claude) via Model Context Protocol (MCP). * Knowledge of healthcare data standards or experience with professional accreditation reporting (e.g., SSH standards). * Familiarity with .NET-based data environments, specifically EF Core or Npgsql, to collaborate closely with backend engineers.
What you will do: * Own the Metric Catalog: Act as the ultimate authority for all business metrics, ensuring a single source of truth across dashboards, PDF exports, and AI responses. * Architect the Analytical Layer: Design and refine the Star Schema (8 dimensions and 5 fact tables) to optimize reporting performance and scalability. * Collaborate on Ingestion Logic: Work with the .NET team to define Data Validation Rules and Quarantine Logic for incoming data from the core simulation source. * Support AI Accuracy: Design the data structures and MCP tool parameters that allow the AI Query Assistant to provide zero-hallucination answers to natural language questions. * Deliver Accreditation Evidence: Ensure that data models directly support the generation of SSH Evidence Reports, providing repeatable and presentable data for quality stakeholders. * Ensure Data Integrity: Manage the routing of PII to encrypted tables and maintain the anonymity of the analytical core to ensure global compliance.
What we offer: * Access to internal and external training, certification reimbursement; * 18 working days of paid vacation, 10 compensated public holidays, and up to 10 paid sick days; * Partial reimbursement for external English classes / free internal courses / speaking clubs; * Up to $180/year for sports activities; * A strong culture of knowledge sharing with senior experts you can really learn from; * New equipment provision, and accounting support if needed; * Competitive market-level salary with regular performance and salary reviews; * Extra perks such as an insurance fund, seasonal gifts, celebrations, and additional team compensations; * A psychologically safe and supportive environment; * Active social responsibility and continuous support for the Armed Forces.
