Ready to set the gold standard for quality in healthcare tech? We’re not just checking for bugs, we’re building the reliability layer for one of our projects — an AI-native analytics platform that’s transforming how medical professionals learn and save lives.
As this is a true greenfield project, you won’t be stuck in legacy manual testing cycles. Instead, you’ll be the architect of our quality strategy, defining how a high-performance, multi-tenant system should be tested from the very first line of code.
What you will do: * Drive full-cycle testing (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory) to ensure the platform’s stability and performance; * Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test suites using JavaScript-based testing frameworks; * Evaluate requirements, technical specifications, and project documentation to create effective and scalable test cases; * Manage other QA team members, ensuring high quality standards across the project.
What we are looking for: * 4+ years of professional experience in software testing; * Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies; * Solid experience in Web and API testing; * Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript; * Strong grasp of test automation concepts and best practices; * Hands-on experience with the Playwright framework; * Proven track record in creating and maintaining test documentation; * Sound understanding of client-server architecture; * Experience with SQL and database validation; * Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments; * Excellent analytical and communication skills; * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level & fluent Ukrainian.
What we offer: * Access to internal and external training, certification reimbursement; * 18 working days of paid vacation, 10 compensated public holidays, and up to 10 paid sick days; * Partial reimbursement for external English classes / free internal courses / speaking clubs; * Up to $180/year for sports activities; * A strong culture of knowledge sharing with senior experts you can really learn from; * New equipment provision, and accounting support if needed; * Competitive market-level salary with regular performance and salary reviews; * Extra perks such as an insurance fund, seasonal gifts, celebrations, and additional team compensations; * A psychologically safe and supportive environment; * Active social responsibility and continuous support for the Armed Forces.
If this sounds like your next big challenge, we’d love to hear from you! Please send over your CV — we’ll dive into your experience and reach out if we see a match for our mission. Let’s build something legendary together!
