Position Overview We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and help us grow by hiring strong talent across different functions. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating offers and supporting the hiring process end-to-end. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, contribute to improving recruitment processes, and help create a positive candidate experience.
What you’ll do * Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate support; * Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process; * Build and execute sourcing strategies based on business needs and hiring priorities; * Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ professional and cultural fit; * Coordinate hiring processes together with hiring managers and technical teams; * Work with ATS and maintain candidate databases; * Track and analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitor insights; * Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives; * Provide support to the HR team when needed.
Requirements * 1.5–2+ years of experience in recruitment in IT companies; * Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle: from briefing with hiring managers to offer acceptance and onboarding; * Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, job boards and other channels; * Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers; * Experience conducting initial interviews and assessing both professional skills and cultural fit; * Strong organizational skills, self-management and ability to work independently; * English level sufficient for confident written and verbal communication (Upper-intermediate+).
Will be a plus * Experience working with ATS (Ashby or similar); * Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search; * Experience hiring for non-tech or operations roles; * Understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics; * Recruitment experience across the USA, Europe, or LATAM markets.
