Responsibilities: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, from vacancy intake to offer acceptance; * Work closely with hiring managers and project stakeholders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, salary ranges, and hiring priorities; * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels; * Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates- experience, motivation, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability; * Evaluate candidates — fit for specific technical roles and company culture; * Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, feedback collection, and next steps with all involved parties; * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience; * Provide market feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, and role competitiveness; * Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers or clients; * Track recruitment activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or internal systems; * Support offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate closing; * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; * Participate in improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, templates, and communication approaches; * Collaborate with HR, sales, delivery, and management teams to support business hiring needs.
Requirements: * 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field; * Experience with various IT recruitment methods (active sourcing, social media, databases, etc.); * Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles; * Understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, system administration, network engineering, cybersecurity, etc.); * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade; * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Knowledge of sourcing techniques using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Would be a plus: * Familiarity with technical skills and programming languages relevant to the roles being recruited; * Understanding of employment laws and hiring regulations; * Knowledge of HR principles and practices; * Understanding of candidate psychology and assessment methods.
