What is your new project? * Provide a full scope of HR services across assigned teams. * Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. * Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members and collect feedback through surveys. * Facilitate performance reviews and help team members set and achieve their goals. * Maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation. * Design and lead training programs, career paths, and development plans. * Collaborate with team leads to assess learning needs and build tailored initiatives. * Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and onboarding experiences. * Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and analytics. * Work with recruiting, marketing, and sales to align on people initiatives.

Your day-to-day in this position * Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients so that all their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Onboarding and support: guide new clients through onboarding for a smooth transition into our services. * Account growth: identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing clients. * Performance monitoring: track key performance metrics and client satisfaction, taking proactive measures to address any concerns. * Collaboration with internal teams: work closely with recruitment, HR, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier service and ensure client success. * Contract renewals and upselling: assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services. * Problem-solving: act as the primary contact for client concerns and resolve their issues.
