We’re looking for
a Product UX/UI Designer for project-based collaboration. You’ll work closely with our customers
to help them launch, scale, and optimize their digital products — primarily SaaS platforms, web,
and mobile apps — by solving business and product challenges through design.
The ideal candidate has a product-focused mindset, strong UI skills, and communicates clearly and effectively.
This is a flexible, project-based role with potential for long-term collaboration depending on workload and project needs.
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in Product UX/UI design (exceptions possible if experience is clearly proven),
with portfolio cases that showcase the problem, design process, key artifacts, and final interactive prototypes.
— Strong UI skills: ability to create clear, consistent, purposeful interfaces that support usability and align with product goals and branding.
— Conversational English (B2+), confident enough for direct collaboration with international clients.
— Autonomous and proactive: self-sufficient in organizing work, communicating progress, and presenting design decisions.
— Strong UX thinking: able to define business and user needs, apply appropriate UX research methods, and deliver effective solutions.
— Previous experience in presales: intro calls, estimates, quick concept creation, or audit support.
— Well-structured Figma files, ability to work with design systems, libraries, and templates.
What You’ll Do
— Collaborate directly with clients and their teams (stakeholders, PMs, developers) to design and refine SaaS products and mobile/web apps.
— Lead design efforts across the full process — from research, UX flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
— Work on both new MVPs and mature product improvements (audits, UX fixes, UI redesigns).
— Support presales: join intro calls, help scope work, estimate, and deliver early value (e.g. concepts, reviews).
— Present and explain your work clearly, using design rationale grounded in user needs, UX principles, and product goals.
— Help optimize design systems, documentation, and team workflows as needed across projects.
