Our ideal candidate should have: * Experience leading complex game development projects from a production/operations perspective. From scratch to release + LiveOps and preferably in a mobile F2P environment. * Strong operational ownership — ability to build and maintain efficient production pipelines, schedules, and a milestone tracking system. * Project management skills: ability to plan, organize, and lead a team to achieve set goals within specified deadlines. * Excellent collaboration skills, especially working closely with a Game Producer to offload and manage the full spectrum of operational responsibilities. * Sharp risk awareness and mitigation mindset — able to foresee bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions. * Experience managing or mentoring project managers — acting as a leader among leaders, while empowering strong senior PMs. * Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously — maintaining high-level visibility and offering support and guidance where needed. * Hands-on mindset — not afraid to get into the details when necessary, especially in high-priority projects. * A sense of ownership — the kind of person who cares deeply about the success of the game, the team, and the company as a whole. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: data driven aproaches. * English and Ukrainian is a must.
Key Responsibilities: * Own and drive day-to-day operations of our most promising game project, ensuring smooth development flow, timely deliveries, and cross-team alignment. * Act as the Producer’s right hand, taking over and managing the operational side of the project — schedules, risks, capacity, execution — so the Producer can focus on product vision and creative leadership. * Define and maintain production plans, milestones, resource allocation, and processes that keep the team moving forward efficiently and sustainably. * Monitor production health and team capacity, proactively identifying resourcing gaps and working with leadership to address them. * Identify risks and blockers early, lead mitigation efforts, and ensure the team stays unblocked and supported. * Mentor and support other project managers, offering guidance, process feedback, and hands-on help when needed. * Keep a high-level view across all live and in-development projects, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistency across teams. * Report on progress, risks, and needs to leadership in a clear, structured, and proactive way.
