We are seeking a Finance Specialist to manage and support our day-to-day financial operations. You’ll be primarily responsible for maintaining financial processes where 80% of operations are already automated, and contributing to the smooth running of our finance consultancy department, with a strong focus on QuickBooks Online. Excellent English communication is essential for this role.

Key Skills: ✅ Tech-savvy ✅ 3+ years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting roles. ✅ Proven expertise with QuickBooks Online is a must. ✅ Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication. ✅ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes. ✅ Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets for data management and reporting). ✅ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing monthly financial operations (salaries/invoicing/customer reports) and maintaining accurate records within QuickBooks Online. * Performing bank and credit card reconciliations. * Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. * Validating essential financial reports (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet) in QuickBooks Online. * Contributing to the ongoing improvement and documentation of finance processes.
