As an Account & Event Manager, you’ll play a critical role managing our sponsor and partner relationships, coordinating contracts and onboarding, and overseeing operational and event-related vendor management to deliver a smooth, impactful experience for all stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Partner Coordination * Track, manage, and update all business development and partner contracts. * Work closely with the BizDev team to finalize partner details, contracts, and documentation. * Coordinate partner onboarding: send welcome emails, collect required assets (logos, web copy, orders, promo materials), and maintain accurate records in trackers and shared folders. * Serve as the main point of contact for partners to ensure timely deliverables and clear communication. Support the identification of upsell and renewal opportunities by building strong partner relationships.
Event Operations & Vendor Management * Draft, process, and track operational and event-related contracts for venues, vendors, suppliers, and service providers. * Liaise with vendors to confirm services, negotiate details, and ensure smooth execution of booth setups, rentals, AV agreements, F&B orders, and other onsite needs. * Research, source, and coordinate conference swag and branded materials. * Prepare and distribute partner FAQs, booth selection forms, and setup instructions. Track Eventbrite registrations, team passes, booth orders, and vendor deliverables. * Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, ops) to ensure sponsor and vendor needs are met on time. * Support post-event wrap-up: collect feedback, manage final reports, and ensure all documentation is complete and archived.
What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in account management, business development coordination, or event operations. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines. * Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), * HubSpot or similar CRMs, and Eventbrite would be a plus * Previous experience working with B2B clients, sponsors, or vendorswould be a plus * Interest or background in data science, AI, or technology events is a plus. * USA Travel Visa is a plus
