Since the very beginning, we’ve set ourselves in the global marketplace by creating content for esteemed clients like the United Nations, DNB, Takeda, University of Southern California, Charité Medical University, and others. With a diverse portfolio spanning over 300 clients globally, we handle projects of all sizes, from short 60-second explainers to extensive educational courses consisting of over 200 e-learning hours across four languages.
Today, we are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager who would organize and lead the production of a series of e-learning content requests, setting up a production department tied to the needs of a specific client at the same time.
Requirements: * Work experience starting from 4 years; * Results-oriented professional, focused on achieving goals; * Well-organized person able to structure the work of the teammates and themselves; * Proven ability to build processes from scratch and documenting them; * Fluency in English (written and oral); * Communication skills — high enough to recruit and motivate a team, solve difficult situations and negotiate with stakeholders; * Experience with various management techniques; * Experience with art/video/e-learning production is a plus;; * Willingness to work overtime occasionally and be in touch.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Project Management: * Processing requests from the client; * Planning the team’s work according to the received requests and execution tracking; * Building project architectures; * Development of production processes: formulation of requirements for each stage and criteria for assessing the quality of each stage, development of training materials and supplementary documents; * WBS, timelines, backlogs.
2. Project documentation maintenance: * Status updates in internal and external tracking systems; * NDA and contract negotiations with new employees; * Financial reports.
3. Client satisfaction management; 4. Assistance with hiring new employees, conducting tests, training, onboarding).
