We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys exploring new ways to connect with clients, knows how to spot a good opportunity, and can spark meaningful conversations that lead to long-term collaborations.
What You’ll Do: * Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and other outbound channels. * Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies for IT services. * Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers. * Run sharp, tailored outreach campaigns. * Utilize automation tools to efficiently search for and verify potential leads. * Keep track of leads in a CRM system. * Track your results and share feedback to improve our approach.
What We’d Love to See : * 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role. * English Proficiency: B1 level or higher. * Proficient with LinkedIn, Google search, and lead research tools. * Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose. * Ability to know how to research, personalize, and get replies. * Ability to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement. * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
Nice to have: * Experience in SMM (social media marketing). * Hands-on with other lead generation platforms and automation tools.
