We’re looking for an experienced Fundraising Executive who can take our impact to the next level.
This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with our co-founder and have full freedom to build your fundraising strategy. Your tasks * Own the end-to-end fundraising process * Identify and build relationships with donors, philanthropists, and corporate sponsors * Collaborate with the team to refine the program and make it even more fundable and scalable * Build a pipeline of donors and close the first deals within the first few months * Create a clear, repeatable system for sustainable fundraising
About you * Experienced in fundraising, partnerships, or bizdev (especially in nonprofits or international social impact orgs) * Know how to get in the room with the right people, and how to make those meetings matter * An exceptional networker and natural connector, with strong existing relationships and the ability to build new ones in new markets * Proactive, independent, and confident in owning the full process * Care about real impact just as much as metrics, and you can truly believe in our mission * Ideally based in Ukraine and able to drop by our Kyiv office
