Glorium Technologies, a fast-growing software development company, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and own a lead generation process from the ground up. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across multiple service lines—including AI, business processes, and software development.

Does this relate to you?
— 1–3 years of experience in lead generation within a software development company — Proficient in using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools — Solid understanding of how software development companies operate and the services they typically offer — Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ClickUp or similar platforms — Strong research and segmenting skills and exceptional attention to detail in identifying qualified prospects — Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently — Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and personalized outreach messages — Upper-intermediate English or higher—strong written and verbal communication skills required
A new team member will be in charge of:
— Build and manage the entire lead generation process from scratch, with guidance from the marketing and sales teams — Research and identify high-quality leads across a variety of service verticals — Utilize LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other channels to source and engage relevant decision-makers — Maintain and organize prospect data within ClickUp and CRM systems — Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop effective outreach campaigns and messaging strategies — Continuously test and optimize outreach techniques to improve conversion rates — Track performance metrics, report regularly on lead quality and funnel progress — Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential market opportunities
