About project
MyGrowth is a personal development app that makes continuous learning simple and engaging by offering daily micro-lessons, practical exercises, and habit-building activities that fit easily into a busy day. MyGrowth makes it easy to stay consistent, helping users acquire new skills, educate themselves, and grow their careers in just a few minutes per day.
Responsibilities: * Own funnel optimization across traffic sources * Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase) * Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flow) * Align product experience with marketing promises * Launch and validate new funnels * Work on LTV growth initiatives * Collaborate with dev & QA on implementation * Work with localized funnels * Support email & retargeting flows from product side * Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth hypotheses
Requirements: * 1+ years experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization * Strong analytical thinking * Understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics * Experience working with paid traffic products * Experience running A/B tests * Ability to define hypotheses and measure impact * Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis
