Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, data research, or pre-sales analytics.
— Solid understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) principles, with the ability to independently define ICPs and source targeted contacts accordingly.
— Experience with tools for automated data collection and contact validation.
— Proficiency in outreach automation tools across multiple channels (Email, LinkedIn, Telegram) and CRM integrations.
— Strong understanding of multi-channel outreach logic (Email, LinkedIn, Telegram).
— Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and proven experience integrating with CRM systems (Salesforce is a must).
— Knowledge of Python (or other automation tools) will be a strong advantage.
— High attention to detail, structured work approach, and readiness to handle large volumes of data.
— English proficiency — Intermediate or higher (able to handle business correspondence and follow written instructions).
Nice to Have:
— Understanding of the cryptocurrency market and/or financial products.
— Experience working with the institutional segment (Market Makers, Exchanges, Crypto Projects, Fintechs).
Responsibilities:
— Research target segments and build databases of potential clients in line with ICPs and marketing/sales priorities.
— Collect contact profiles according to ICP for further outreach.
— Automate routine tasks related to data collection, validation, and updating (preferably using scripts).
— Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align priorities, qualification criteria, and funnel analytics.
— Execute automated outreach campaigns across Email, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
