| Mission of the Role To grow and activate our Instagram community through compelling content, strategic engagement, and clear storytelling — with the goal of building brand awareness, growing real followers, supporting event ticket sales, and showcasing our ecosystem of experts, partners, and innovations.
| Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning — Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Creative Team to execute the Instagram content plan — Plan and schedule content using tools Notion (posts, Reels, Stories, carousels) — Maintain a balanced content mix: educational, speaker/partner announcements, behind-the-scenes, micro-content, community engagement
Content Execution — Coordinate production Stories, and carousels based on provided scripts and images, content — Basic knowlages in editing video for Reels (CapCut, InShot, etc.) — Write captions aligned with brand tone: engaging, concise, science-inspired — Prepare and publish Instagram content 5–6 times/week following a planned calendar
Community Engagement — Respond to comments and DMs in a warm, knowledgeable voice — Encourage speaker/partner reposts and community UGC — Monitor community sentiment and trends, report insights regularly
Collaborations — Coordinate with podcast editor, video editors, speakers and partners for asset delivery — Track promotional obligations (sponsor deliverables, mentions, stories, etc.)
Analytics & Growth — Suggest optimizations for hooks, formats, hashtags — Contribute to follower growth strategy (hashtags, trends, challenges, collaborations)
| Requirements — 2+ years of experience in social media management (ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or health niche) — Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, Reels formats, captions & timing — Experience with scheduling tools (Notion, or similar) — Comfortable with light video editing (CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar) — Excellent written English; bonus for copywriting & storytelling skills — Ability to follow brand guidelines and voice — Organized, responsive, proactive, curious, initiative especially around event times.
Nice to Have — Familiarity with biohacking, wellness, or spiritual health industries — Experience growing an Instagram account from 5k to 50k+
