We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, where you will play a key role in supporting clients’ needs and contributing to one of the best products in the video-generation field.
It’s a match if you: — Have strong communication skills; — Have excellent verbal and writing English; — Are self-organized and result-oriented; — Have the ability to quickly understand software products’ UI; — Have experience with utilizing and troubleshooting API.
Your everyday tasks: — Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat; — Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features; — Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users); — Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers; — Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance; — Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved; — Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
