We are currently looking for a CRM Manager who will help us build effective player communication, launch bonus campaigns, and work with data to drive user engagement and loyalty.
Your main responsibilities: * Manage bonuses on the platform (creation, editing, removal via SS Backoffice) * Set up bonuses for campaigns, promos, triggers, and write player-friendly descriptions and terms * Publish bonus terms on the website and across communication channels * Organize and launch marketing and seasonal promotions, giveaways, and special events * Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and analysts for campaign materials and stats collection * Develop bonus mechanics and prepare technical specifications for developers * Ensure regular player communication via email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups * Set up trigger-based CRM flows (welcome, reactivation, etc.) * Analyze bonus performance and campaign effectiveness (ROMI, retention, etc.) * Conduct competitor and market research
What we expect from you: * Experience with email marketing, SMS, web-push, pop-ups * Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Customer.io or similar) * Hands-on experience creating bonuses, campaign logic, and promo flows in a gaming product * Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
