You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top tech and non-tech talent, working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support our hiring efforts. Requirements:
● about 6 months of experience in recruiting/sourcing IT specialists or completed Recruitment/Sourcing courses ● good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends ● ability to work independently, take full ownership of vacancies, and deliver results ● proactive, get-things-done mindset with strong decision-making skills ● Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Responsibilities:
● candidates searching for open positions using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks ● screening and selecting resumes ● cooperation with recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates ● build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs ● contribute to process optimization and implement new recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
