We are launching a new business line within our group of companies — IT outsourcing services. The goal is to cover the internal needs of the group and scale into external markets, building a standalone business unit. We are looking for a strong leader who can build the business from scratch, systematically develop sales and operational management, and lead the division to sustainable growth.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience leading the IT outsource department/company in the past — Familiarity with contract negotiation, SLAs, and procurement of IT services — Proficiency in budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation. — Experience in active B2B sales and business development in international markets — Experience working with clients from the US and/or Europe — Scale-up experience, with the ability to operate effectively in conditions of uncertainty. — Technical background (SWE or AQA)
Responsibilities:
— Define and drive the IT outsourcing strategy aligned with overall company objectives — Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders — Manage the outsourcing department budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and optimization — Act as a main representative at the Pre-sales stage to identify and feel customer’s needs — Build a high-performing Leadership team of the business unit — Manage escalations and ensure rapid resolution of service disruptions or issues
Would be a plus:
— Development of BD/Sales department from scratch — Experience in Web3 projects — Program management experience
