We’re looking for a Junior Sales Manager ready to grow with us, work with
international prospects, and learn how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships .
✨ What You’ll Need: * Experience: 1+ years in Sales / Business Development in a service IT company (Experience with a longer sales cycle is a plus.) * English: Upper-Intermediate or better. * Curiosity: You enjoy researching companies, products, and industries and are eager to learn how to turn that knowledge into deals. * Communication: Friendly, confident, attentive to details, and ready to lead client conversations across email, calls, and chats. * Organisation: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines without losing your cool. * Tools: Comfortable with Google Workspace; HubSpot is a plus (we’ll teach you if not).
What You’ll Do: * Research potential clients and prepare proposals that match their needs. * Lead discovery/scoping calls with the pre-sales team and clients. * Handle negotiations, from the first “hello” to signing a contract. * Work closely with our marketing team to create client-facing materials and gather insights. * Keep our CRM (HubSpot) organised and up-to-date. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we’re offering and delivering exactly what we promise.
