As an HR Manager, you’ll be a key player in supporting our growing team throughout the full employee life cycle, from onboarding and career development to performance support and offboarding. You’ll drive internal communication, refine people processes, and ensure a great employee experience in every interaction. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees, combining empathy with strategic thinking to help our people and organization thrive.
What You’ll Do: * Onboarding & Adaptation: Ensure newcomers feel welcomed, supported, and successful during their first months. * Internal Communication: Develop clear, transparent, and engaging communication across teams and levels. * Employee Relations: Conduct regular 1:1s with team members and managers, gathering feedback and monitoring the emotional climate. * Policy Development: Design and refine HR policies and procedures that support our values and comply with regulations. * Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement more effective people-related processes. * Career Development: Partner with managers to build and track individual development plans. * Performance Support: Facilitate performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and feedback conversations. * Offboarding: Ensure a respectful and smooth exit experience through structured offboarding and actionable feedback analysis.
It’s a Match If You Have: * 3+ years in HR roles, ideally in tech/startup or international environments. * Proven experience in full employee life-cycle management. * Strong track record of building and optimizing people processes and HR policies. * Experience with employee engagement initiatives and eNPS evaluations. * Fluent English for global communication and documentation. * Strong listening and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. * Proactive mindset with a bias for action and improvement. * Experience in conducting HR audits or assessments is a plus
