About the role: As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled Project Manager to join our team.
Your future responsibilities: * Manage and oversee project budgets, timelines, and scope. * Coordinate and monitor the performance of multiple teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workload distribution. * Prioritize tasks and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on project status. * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery teams. * Build and nurture cohesive teams, fostering a collaborative environment with effective processes for communication and teamwork. * Form and manage JIRA boards, ensuring that tasks are accurately logged, assigned, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain detailed project documentation in Confluence, ensuring clarity and up-to-date information on all project aspects. * Collaborate closely with backend teams and other stakeholders.
Your professional qualities: * 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, specifically managing web projects. * Proven track record of managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial concept through to delivery and post-launch support. * Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Google Workspace. * Experience managing multiple teams, with the ability to effectively monitor workload and allocate resources. * Strong skills in budgeting, project tracking, and reporting. * Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) or higher.
Nice to have: * Experience in conducting the Discovery phase of projects. * Knowledge or experience working on mobile application projects. * Understanding of business analysis principles. * Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with client-server architecture and APIs.
