What We’re Looking For in a Senior Developer * 5+ years of hands-on development experience with proven expertise in modern web or backend development. * Strong foundation in software architecture, clean code practices, and scalable systems. * Proactive mindset — curious, adaptable, and excited to take on challenging problems in an innovative environment. * Comfortable working in a startup setting where speed, ownership, and collaboration matter. * Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and openness to integrating them into daily work.
Must-Have Skills * Go (Golang) for backend development. * SvelteKit for frontend development (if not both, then strong expertise in at least one of the two). * Solid experience with cloud environments, APIs, and modern development workflows. * Comfortable working with Claude Code (core to the development process). * English: Upper Intermediate or higher for smooth collaboration with the team.
