Responsibilities: * Develop an ideal client profile through lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling * Collaborate with the lead generation manager to design effective outreach campaigns * Utilize LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and engage potential clients * Create and update essential sales materials * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals * Attend industry events to network and generate leads * Maintain and update the lead database, pipeline, and forecasting tools * Understand and utilize automated lead generation tools
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or product companies * Proven experience managing the full outbound sales cycle * Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English * Strong computer skills and familiarity with task management tools * Quick learner with excellent communication and analytical skills * Experience with business trips is a plus * Must be highly result-driven
