This position blends hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and strategic involvement in client-facing AI initiatives. You’ll work across the full AI solution lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and defining architecture to deploying production-ready systems that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll lead and mentor a small but growing team of AI engineers, fostering an environment of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Together, you’ll develop and scale AI-driven products that address real-world problems in HR, Legal, Education, and Customer Support domains. Beyond engineering, you’ll have the chance to engage directly with international clients — participating in pre-sales calls, presenting AI architectures, and preparing technical proposals. Your input will influence key technology decisions, product roadmaps, and the company’s broader innovation direction.
Requirements: * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python-based AI/ML development. * Proven experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK, Transformers). * Strong understanding of ML lifecycle: model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment. * Experience with OCR and document processing (Tesseract, OpenCV, AWS Textract, PyMuPDF). * Familiarity with LLM integration and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS). * Strong API development skills (FastAPI, Flask) and microservice architecture knowledge. * Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). * Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. * Leadership capabilities desired — candidates without previous team lead experience but motivated to grow in this direction are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence. * Make architectural and technology stack decisions for scalable and maintainable AI systems. * Conduct code reviews, establish best engineering practices, and ensure high-quality delivery standards. * Participate in pre-sales discussions with international clients, providing technical insights and recommendations. * Provide accurate technical estimations and support project scoping for new opportunities. * Independently initiate and drive new AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery. * Define technical scope, architecture, and development roadmaps for applied AI solutions. * Collaborate closely with DevOps, software engineers, and product teams on infrastructure and deployment strategies. * Oversee integration of AI/ML components into enterprise platforms and ensure production readiness. * Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI techniques. * Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation of AI frameworks and tools. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the organization’s long-term AI vision.
