Founded in 2023, the company has grown 5x, building a fully remote team that serves over 150 enterprise clients across the US and EU through AI-powered advertising technology.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap to releases and analytics. You’ll be a key player in developing our marketing platform (currently in the MVP stage) that helps companies create job advertising campaigns and manage traffic. This is a unique opportunity to join a small startup team and have a real impact on the product’s growth What You’ll Be Doing: Product Strategy & Roadmap * Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company growth goals. * Shape and communicate the product vision to the team and stakeholders. * Prioritize features using impact vs. effort frameworks, focusing on revenue, automation, and efficiency.
Research & Discovery * Conduct market research and competitive analysis (Appcast, PandoLogic, Talroo, etc.). * Run user interviews to uncover pain points. * Create and validate data-driven hypotheses through A/B testing and experiments. * Translate insights into clear PRDs and user stories.
Execution & Delivery * Manage and refine the backlog, run grooming sessions. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams (sales & marketing). * Ensure timely releases, track adoption, and measure impact on core metrics.
Analytics & Growth * Use SQL and BI dashboards to analyze data and identify growth opportunities. * Build regular reports for leadership and investors. * Develop a predictable measurement system to track product performance.
You are our ideal candidate if you have: * Have 4–6+ years of product management experience. * Proven track record launching or scaling products (MVP → scale). * Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau). * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment. * Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
It would be a plus if you have: * Understand programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, RTB).
