As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Market Expansion to drive our growth across new regions. About the Role In this role, you will lead our market entry and expansion strategy in new geographies — identifying opportunities, setting up local operations, and establishing key partnerships with payment providers and regulators. You will play a crucial role in the company’s strategic growth, working closely with the C-level team to ensure successful market launches and compliance readiness. Requirements * 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Market Expansion within Payment Service Providers (PSP) — mandatory; * Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in new markets; * Strong network of local PSPs, payment providers, and acquiring partners; * Experience in licensing processes and dealing with regulatory authorities; * Deep understanding of online payments, KYB/KYC, compliance, and cross-border transactions; * Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (B2 or higher); * Strategic mindset combined with hands-on approach; * Willingness to travel internationally for business trips; * Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities * Conduct deep research and analysis of target markets (Tier 1 and Tier 3); * Develop and execute market entry strategies for new countries; * Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with local PSPs, acquirers, and payment providers; * Participate in the process of obtaining local licenses and ensuring regulatory compliance; * Build strong relationships with regional partners, consultants, and service providers; * Oversee the setup of operational infrastructure in new markets; * Collaborate with product, compliance, and finance teams to align business and legal needs; * Represent the company at international industry events and business meetings.
