PRO&BRO team is looking for a Marketing Manager to upgrade our arbitrage, cold traffic, and partner management via arbitrage models initiatives. With you, we’ll show the world how awesome the services created by MOJAM are What to do * Set up and manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter (X). * Work with remarketing (Retargeting, Lookalike, Dynamic Ads). * Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids. * Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve conversions. * Collaborate with the team (creatives, analytics, projects).
Your superpowers * 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing (arbitrage, CPA, leadgen). * Hands-on experience in setting up ads on TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X). * Experience in managing and scaling mobile app advertising campaigns * Understanding of remarketing and audience targeting. * Ability to analyze data (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV). * Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, AppsFlyer (or similar). * Willingness to learn quickly and test new approaches.
