Requirements Experience & Background * 3+ years of Product Management experience in AI, gaming, or consumer platforms. * Proven 0→1 product ownership — delivering complex UX experiences from concept to launch. * Direct B2C experience in gaming, avatar, dating, or creative tools (no B2B/web3 profiles). * Experience collaborating with AI/ML and design teams to define specs and guide feature development. * Deep understanding of visual user journeys, digital identity creation, and customization workflows. * Comfort working with adult or NSFW content — ideally with experience in adult entertainment or taboo marketing. * CET timezone availability and fluent English communication. * Stable career trajectory — at least 2+ years per role with clear progression.
