We’re looking for an HR Specialist (Performance & People Operations) to strengthen our HR team and drive continuous improvement in performance management, employee engagement, and people operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating effective feedback systems, optimizing HR processes, and supporting a culture of high performance. Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate the Performance Review cycle across all departments (goal setting, feedback collection, evaluations, and development planning); * Partner with department heads to define KPIs, performance metrics, and career progression frameworks; * Ensure effective utilization of the PeopleForce HRM platform — maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and optimize HR workflows; * Analyze performance and engagement data to provide actionable insights to leadership. * Support the implementation of HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition systems, and learning plans; * Foster a transparent feedback culture and facilitate ongoing performance conversations; * Contribute to onboarding, retention, and talent development projects; * Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management or HR operations; * Proven experience with performance review frameworks, OKRs, or KPI systems; * Hands-on knowledge of PeopleForce (or similar HRM tools); * Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; * Experience in fast-paced, international environments (Fintech / Forex / IT sectors preferred); * Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
