We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our dynamic global team. This position ensures well-organized, predictable mass hiring and the fulfillment of commitments to our customers. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple EU locations. * Oversee and optimize ATS customization and ensure data accuracy and system efficiency. * Develop, monitor, and present recruitment analytics and performance reports. * Define and manage SLAs and hiring terms to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and networking. * Partner with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and align recruitment goals with business needs. * Tweak and enhance the recruiters’ motivation and incentive system to drive performance and engagement. * Support and mentor recruitment specialists, fostering continuous professional growth. * Collaborate with external recruitment partners and ensure compliance with company standards. * Stay updated on market trends, sourcing tools, and best practices in recruitment. * Personally handle select recruitment processes when necessary. * Conduct market research in new potential locations, analyzing capacities, compensation packages, and benefits to inform recruitment strategy
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in high-volume or specialized hiring. * Experience in strategic sourcing and candidate lead generation across multiple EU countries, utilizing modern tools for search automation, channel analytics, and advanced techniques such as Boolean and X-Ray * Background in BPO or Shared Service Center recruitment. * 1+ years of leadership experience, managing or mentoring recruiters. * Proven ability to customize and optimize ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Breezy, etc.). * Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting hiring targets and SLAs. * Excellent analytical and reporting skills using recruitment metrics and dashboards. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * English level B2 or higher.
