Your future responsibilities: * Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue goals * Oversee brand positioning and PR activities to ensure consistent corporate image and reputation across all markets. * Lead marketing planning and budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI tracking. * Lead the Marketing Department with a strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and high team performance. * Define KPI frameworks and marketing performance dashboards, ensuring data-based decision-making. * Oversee social media, community management, and content marketing to strengthen audience engagement and brand authority. * Drive event strategy (international expos, industry conferences, sponsorships, and internal events). * Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing supports lead generation and partner relations. * Identify and implement innovative marketing tools and automation solutions. * Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
The following skills are important to us: — Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role within the iGaming B2B sector. — Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies on international markets. — Strong understanding of brand management, PR, and performance marketing. — Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management. — Excellent team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. — Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools. — Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with a “get things done” attitude.
