We at ein-des-ein help businesses all over the world build innovative digital solutions. Our team is composed of design and development professionals. We are looking for a Golang Developer to join a cross-functional team working on a long-term e-commerce and healthcare platform. The focus is on implementing and maintaining backend services, ensuring reliability, performance, and clean code delivery.
About the project
An online healthcare and e-commerce platform that helps people with conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders obtain medical cannabis treatment.
The system includes: * Patient portal — onboarding, symptom tracking, video consultations, and digital prescriptions. * Doctor portal — patient management, appointment scheduling, treatment prescriptions, and post-treatment monitoring. * Mobile app — connects patients with nearby pharmacies for ordering and payment (online or in-store), fully compliant with national medical regulations.
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain backend services using Go. * Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database operations. * Integrate and consume GraphQL APIs (knowledge is a plus, not required). * Use Docker for local development and containerized deployments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to achieve sprint objectives. * Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality. * Identify and resolve performance or reliability issues in distributed systems.
Requirements: * 4+ years of professional experience with Go (Golang). * Strong knowledge of Go syntax, concurrency, and standard library. * Good understanding of SQL and relational databases. * Experience with distributed or microservice-based architectures. * Practical experience with Docker. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern development workflows. * English level: B2+ or higher (able to communicate effectively in a professional, international environment). * Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities.
Nice to have: * Experience with GraphQL. * Familiarity with AWS, gRPC, or message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). * Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) is a plus.
Benefits: * The creative, young team that shares healthy values and is result-oriented. * A continuous stream of interesting tasks in a growing company. * A thoughtful approach to your professional development—we are very interested in your growth. * We seek people ready to influence the company’s development and success, offer creative ideas, and not just fulfill the assigned tasks. * Learning opportunities like internal workshop talks and attending conferences. * The salary is discussed with each candidate individually.
We offer: * Competitive compensation according to your skills. * 5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule. * Paid vacation — 20 days per year. * Paid sick leave — 5 days per year. * Public holidays — 11 days per year. * Corporate Perks (external training, English courses, corporate events/team buildings). * Realization of your innovative ideas. * Friendly collaborative teams and an enjoyable working environment. * Professional and personal growth.
