Onlyplay — is an innovative game development company specializing in creating unique gaming experiences. We are continuing to grow and looking for an ambitious and proactive Head of legal to join our team.
We expect from you:
* Legal education
* English not lower than Upper Intermediate level
* Experience with intellectual property law
* Experience with corporate law
* Legal research skills and experience
* Good knowledge of GDPR
* Experience with SaaS and other types of service agreements
* Responsibility, perseverance, dedication, attentiveness, resourcefulness, logical thinking
* Self-learning, laws change very often and you need to be able to find additional information on your own
* Ability and willingness to check information several times, rather than relying on “everyone does it” and “it says so”
Responsibilities that await you:
* Initial proofreading of contracts
* Drafting contracts in English
* Proofreading of regulatory requirements
* Checking companies (whether there is such a legal entity, signatories)
* Signing contracts with individuals: IE, NDA
* Advising employees on the main issues of registration, taxation
