We are expanding our presence in the DACH region and seeking a Business Development Partner with an established network to help us grow the market.
This is a commission-only partnership, ideal for an independent BD professional or consultant with strong connections in the tech ecosystem. Responsibilities * Represent Artkai as a trusted regional partner in the DACH market. * Use your network to identify and introduce qualified prospects. * Manage early-stage sales activities: outreach, discovery, qualification, value framing. * Present Artkai’s capabilities and expertise effectively to decision-makers. * Collaborate with presale, architecture, and delivery teams on proposals. * Support negotiations and guide opportunities toward signed contracts. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients you bring.
Requirements * Strong professional network within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). * Proven experience in selling IT outsourcing, product engineering, modernization, or digital consulting services. * Native or fluent German and strong business English. * Confidence in communicating with CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Product, and Founders. * Good understanding of outsourcing and the dynamics of software engineering service sales. * Comfortable operating independently under a commission-based structure. * High level of professionalism, reliability, and ownership.
Nice to Have * Experience selling modernization or enterprise software engineering services. * Background working with nearshore/offshore vendors. * Network in fintech, digital banking, healthtech domains, and enterprise software.
