Project description: The project involves building an AI-powered consumer protection platform that helps families document issues, coordinate decisions, and access professional support across people-centered industries such as senior care and childcare. The product includes AI-assisted case creation, phone and mobile accessibility, professional service marketplace integration, and quality intelligence tools for providers.
The team will develop a multi-actor platform (families, businesses, professionals) with features such as complaint filing, evidence management, subscription billing, role-based access, voice automation, and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities: * Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions; * Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements; * Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists; * Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients; * Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to define the best approach for each project; * Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required; * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Requirements:
Core Skills: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities * Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); * Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in Healthcare sphere preferably; * Experience with HIPPA compliance is preferred; * Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process; * Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives. * Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus); * Experience in RFP/RFI processes and proposal development; * Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro); * Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; * Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
Communication & Soft Skills: * Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions. * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. * Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. * English Level C1 at least * Knowledge of German/ French Language would be a plus
