We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead product innovation within our R&D stream. Your mission is to turn user insights into actionable solutions, shape product and communication strategies, and drive improvements across core metrics.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, engineers, analysts, marketing, and operations to build high-impact features, uncover new opportunities, and continuously enhance the product experience.

About you: * 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record in R&D initiatives, testing new positioning, or exploring new audiences. * Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Tableau. * Hands-on experience with product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU) and improving them through hypotheses. * Familiarity with mobile development processes and task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). * Knowledge of monetization models (advertising, subscription, transactional) and practical experience driving results. * Initiative-driven, flexible, and able to structure chaos while making data-informed decisions. * Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
