We are expanding our creative department and looking for a Middle Motion Designer who not only masters the tools but also understands performance-driven creativity. If you can independently create high-converting videos, take ownership of your work, and consistently improve creative performance — we’d love to meet you. What you will do: * Work closely with the marketing team, transforming analytical insights into high-performing creative ideas for animations and motion design; * Independently create and optimize short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, Google, and other major platforms; * Take ownership of the full creative process — from idea to final export; * Develop and test strong hooks (the first 3 seconds of a video) to maximize viewer retention; * Edit, crop, and adapt videos for different formats (Stories, Feeds, Ads); * Ensure all creatives meet platform technical requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, duration); * Follow brand guidelines and platform policies; * Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas that improve performance.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer; * Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder; * Strong communication skills and ability to listen; * Understanding of TikTok trends and ability to apply them in video creatives; * Ability to find relevant assets and materials for videos; * Knowledge of composition and color theory; * Ability to independently create and improve creatives; * Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (spoken and written).
