We are looking for a B2B Content Writer / Content Marketing Specialist who can create deep, research-driven content. This role is for someone who goes beyond surface-level marketing texts and can translate complex topics into clear, structured, and valuable materials for decision-makers.
Responsibilities * Write whitepapers, research articles, long-form blog posts, and analytical reports on customer support, CX strategy, outsourcing, AI in support, automation, quality management, and operations * Create scripts for webinars, videos, and expert interviews * Write LinkedIn posts (thought leadership, insights, opinions) * Create and improve landing page copy for services and vertical solutions * Conduct independent research: analyze industry reports, case studies, and trends * Work closely with subject-matter experts (CX leaders, operations, AI team) to extract insights and turn them into content * Structure content for SEO (with guidance from SEO specialists) * Maintain consistent tone of voice and messaging across all materials
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing * Experience writing for B2B services, SaaS, IT services, or outsourcing companies * Strong ability to work with complex topics and build logical, well-structured narratives * Advanced written English (C1) * Confident research skills * Ability to write both long-form analytical content and concise marketing copy * Basic understanding of SEO principles * Portfolio with examples of long-form B2B content (articles, whitepapers, reports, case studies)
Nice to Have * Experience with CX, customer support, outsourcing topics * Experience writing scripts for video or webinars * B2B SMM expertise (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
