We are looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join a long-term enterprise-level project for a well-known international client.
The project is a complex digital product with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on scalable delivery and high-quality execution. Requirements Must have * 3+ years in PM roles within dynamic environments, with a proven history of meeting business objectives. * Experience managing enterprise-level clients and overseeing multiple concurrent small-scale projects. * Expert proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. * Strong ability to hit tight deadlines without compromising quality. * Skilled at aligning team output with client expectations and navigating stakeholder needs. * Exceptional verbal/written skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. * A quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new tools and evolving processes. * High-level multitasking and organisational discipline. * Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
Nice to have * Experience managing Salesforce-related projects
Responsibilities * Lead the estimation process, define resource requirements, and build comprehensive project timelines. * Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and deadlines while maintaining high quality. * Monitor team effort and billable hours to optimize resource use and provide stakeholder updates. * Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement recovery strategies to keep timelines on track. * Manage team utilization and workloads to balance productivity with burnout prevention. * Manage invoicing workflows and facilitate the team salary review process.

You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).
