As we continue to grow our high-load, real-time game ecosystem, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to strengthen our brand voice, craft compelling multi-platform content, and showcase the uniqueness of our products to partners and players alike
Responsibilities:
— Assist in managing partner accounts and maintaining daily communication
— Support partners with basic requests and escalate more complex issues to senior team members
— Update partner data and performance metrics in CRM systems
— Monitor partner performance and report any issues
— Support internal communication between partners and internal teams
Key Requirements:
— Up to 1 year of experience in customer support, sales support, or a related field
— English level B2 (written and spoken)
— Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Google/Microsoft tools
— Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
— Attention to detail and responsible approach to work

Vacation and sick leave
