WHAT YOU’LL DO * Regular calls with the client (USA): prepare the agenda, lead meetings, provide status updates. * Coordinate and communicate with the team in India and management in Vancouver. * Plan and distribute tasks within the team; prioritize work. * Monitor task status in Jira; provide regular updates and triage incidents/bugs. * Analyze logs and perform initial technical investigation to explain issues to the client. * Discuss technical matters: specifications, APIs, integrations; take part in technical reviews. * Prepare and clearly present information to the client (statuses, risks, expectations).
REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years of experience in project management/coordinating projects: client communication, reporting, risk management. * English: Upper‑Intermediate (spoken and written communication with the client). * Technical background: ability to understand the nature of problems independently (including reading logs). * Basic SQL knowledge (able to run simple queries to check data). * Experience with Jira and related tools (workflows, configuration, updates). * Ability to use Postman (API testing, sending requests, checking responses). * Ability to read and discuss APIs/specifications. * Strong soft skills: negotiation, presenting the current state, managing client expectations (including showing the “glass half full”).
will be а plus * Experience as a Quality Assurance or in Technical Support — helpful for understanding bug tracking and reproducing issues. * Proficiency in Ukrainian language for internal team communication. * Experience working in distributed teams (different time zones). * Incident triage and escalation skills. * Basic knowledge of CI/CD or monitoring tools (optional).
