We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Sales Manager to take ownership of our full sales cycle — from auditing and rebuilding the current sales process to closing deals and driving sustainable revenue growth across the US and European markets.
This is a lead-level position requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution. You will define sales strategy, structure processes, manage outbound efforts, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate closely with marketing and account management.
Your area of responsibility * Analyze the existing sales process and provide structured recommendations for improvement * Design and implement updated sales workflows, including CRM management, reporting, automation, calls, and roadshow activities * Build annual and semi-annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and measurable targets * Manage the sales team to optimize pipeline quality and outreach strategy to reach company goals * Actively leverage LinkedIn and email campaigns for outbound sales * Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and participate in roadshows * Lead contract negotiations, review agreements, and defend commercial terms * Close deals under outstaffing models * Collaborate with the Marketing team to align positioning and messaging * Work closely with Account Management during onboarding; own upsell activities.
Skills and requirements * 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT outsourcing/outstaffing * 2+ years of proven experience in managing sales teams * Strong expertise in outstaffing business models. Outsourcing exp. will be a plus. * Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation setup * Strong background in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other sales channels * Proven track record of contract negotiations and commercial condition defense * Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals * Experience working with the US and European markets * English — Advanced.
